BRPD searching for suspects in robbery

BATON ROUGE, La (LOCAL 33) (FOX 44) - Baton Rouge Police Detectives are attempting to identify the three suspects responsible for burglarizing a residence in the 2900 block of Raymond Drive Tuesday morning.

According to BRPD spokesman Sgt. Don Coppola, the masked suspects, one armed with a handgun, confronted the housekeeper as she entered the residence.

The suspects obtained a wallet, various coins and other valuables before fleeing on foot, Coppola said.

There were no reported injuries.  Anyone with information on these suspects are urged to contact the Burglary Division at 389-3824 or Crime Stoppers at 344-7867.
