Central final flood debris collection

CENTRAL, La. (LOCAL 33) (FOX 44) - The city of Central will be making a final collection of flood debris beginning June 26th from homes around the city.

Mayor Jr. Shelton is emphasizing  that this will be the final time that the city will collecting debris, the collection is expected to last a week to 10 days.

Collection will begin that Monday so the city is encouraging anyone with remaining flood debris to have it in front of their homes that morning. The city also requests that all debris placed out for collection be flood debris only and not construction debris.

After this collection the resident will be responsible to dispose of any flood debris.
