Man speaks out after learning double murder suspect is neighbor

Residents in Kenneth Gleason's neighborhood are shocked, stunned, and angry.

We knocked on the door of his parents house on Sandy Ridge Dr. Police said Gleason lived there with them but Tuesday no one answered.

"He doesn't belong here, never thought it would be anyone around here," said Jeff Ardoin a neighbor few doors down.

23-year-old Kenneth Gleason was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of two black men. Jeff Ardoin who said he never saw him.

"I saw the little red car pass but never paid any attention," said Ardoin

Police connected that car back to Gleason, but Ardoin is in shock an alleged murderer lived so close.

"When I heard the news conference and they said Sandy Ridge...I was like ugh," said Ardoin.

Ardoin said it hasn't set in yet, but he doesn't feel good that Gleason lived so close to him.

"I think he is misguided individual that needs some professional help, like a lot of people in the world today, I don't know what to think other than he is sick," said Ardoin.
