All of the parties involved in this incident sat near each other during a movie at the Cinemark Theater on Perkins Rowe.

The victim was seated near Jerrilyn Hollis throughout the movie and he claims that she was on her phone for the entire movie.

The victim said he asked Jerrilyn Hollis to get off of her phone during the movie and after the movie was over, Jerrilyn Hollis and Lamount Fernandez Hollis followed them out of the theater.

The male victim, his wife and step-daughter were in their vehicle when an altercation ensued between the victim, Jerrilyn Hollis and Lamount Fernandez Hollis.

The victim said he had his car window down while waiting to turn and Jerrilyn Hollis sprayed him with pepper spray.
