Suspect accused of murdering Livingston man, hiding body

LIVINGSTON, La (LOCAL 33) (FOX 44) - Authorities in Livingston Parish have arrested a suspect accused of murdering a man who was reported missing this week. 

According to the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office, loved ones of 31-year-old Brent Pollard requested authorities conduct a welfare check at his home. 

After further investigation, authorities learned 39-year-old Chad Glascock was at Pollard's home on Wednesday, Dec. 20. On that night, Glascock suspected Pollard of stealing his wallet. The two later engaged in a physical fight which ended in Pollard's death. 

After Pollard died, authorities said Glascock hid his body. Authorities located Pollard's body around 1:47 p.m. at a hunting club path near Red Oak Road in Livingston.
