A Few More Showers And Storms To Dodge Tuesday

A cold front is still looking likely for Saturday!

4-18-2017 - We are starting Tuesday with some dense fog, knocking the visibility down in many areas to a quarter of a mile. The fog should clear by around 9 am.

We should see a few breaks in the clouds this afternoon, but that will be between a few more of those hit and miss showers and storms. There is a little better chance you will stay dry all day today since it looks like there won't be as many pockets of rain to dodge. Highs will be near 84 degrees.

All of the rain will come to an end early tonight, with another round of fog forming for your Wednesday morning commute. Lows will be near 65 degrees.

Temperatures will climb slightly higher through the 80s in the second half of the workweek. While a few isolated storms are possible each day in south Louisiana, many of us will stay dry, but muggy, each afternoon.

A cold front will bring more showers an storms Saturday, but will drop the heat and humidity for Sunday. The comfortable weather should continue early next week.
