Cold Front Arrives Sunday Night, Cooling Us Off A Bit Monday

A second wave of cooler air will arrive later in the week.

2-12-2017 - A cold front will arrive in south Louisiana before midnight, helping drop temperatures for Monday morning. The front will kick off a few spotty showers, but most cities will keep it dry overnight with mostly cloudy skies. Lows will be near 58.

Monday afternoon will feature low humidity and slightly cooler weather. Highs will be near 71 under partly cloudy skies.

Most of Tuesday is looking dry as temperatures climb to near 73 under mostly cloudy skies. Another weather system will push in Tuesday night, bringing a few showers and storms for your late Valentine's Day plans.

A few showers could carry into Wednesday morning before we completely dry out. The afternoon will be mostly cloudy and even cooler, with highs in the low 60s.
