Staying Mostly Dry And Muggy Thursday

A cold front is still on track to arrive Saturday.

4-20-2017 - Dense fog is once again affecting the morning commute in some areas. Once the fog clears around 9 am, we will enjoy a mix of sunshine and clouds the rest of the day. We will have to dodge a couple spotty showers and storms starting around lunch, but most of us will stay dry all day. Highs will be near a muggy 86 degrees.

Any rain that forms this afternoon will clear by about 9 pm, with a dry overnight expected. More fog is likely by early Friday morning with lows near 66 degrees.

Friday looks like a near copy of Thursday with most cities staying dry again and highs near 86.

Our next cold front arrives Saturday, kicking off a number of showers and storms. It still looks like a majority of the day will be dry, but a lot of areas will see a few periods of rain or storms in the afternoon and night. Highs will be near 84.

Behind the cold front, we will enjoy much cooler and drier air. Sunday will be very comfortable with partly cloudy skies and highs near 70.
