Warm, Muggy, And Mostly Dry To Finish The Workweek

A cold front is still on track to arrive Saturday.

4-19-2017 - We are starting Wednesday with some fog, but in most places, is not as thick as it was Tuesday morning. The fog will clear by about 9am. The rest of the day will bring a mix of sunshine and clouds, helping temperatures climb to near 85 degrees this afternoon. While there will likely be a couple spotty storms across the region in the afternoon, most of us will stay dry all day.

Any rain that forms will end early Wednesday night, with more fog forming for Thursday morning. Lows will be near 65 degrees.

Highs will stay in the mid 80s Thursday and Friday afternoon with a mix of sunshine and clouds. We will continue to dodge a couple spotty storms each day, but most cities will continue to stay dry.

A cold front arrives Saturday, kicking off a number of showers and storms in south Louisiana. Temperatures will likely still reach the mid 80s before the cooler air arrives.

Sunday will bring much lower humidity and highs near 70!
