BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – BRProud wants to honor the Remarkable Women in the capital region, but we need your help to do so.
Right now on BRPROUD.COM, our Remarkable Women nomination page is now live.
After a few steps, you’ll be able to tell us why the person you’re nominating should be our Remarkable Women winner.
Think of someone who has made a difference in not only your life but the lives of others and the impact they make in our community.
Remarkable Women is part of an annual nationwide Nexstar Media initiative to honor the influence that women have had on public policy, social progress, and quality of life.
Multiple finalists will be chosen, and their stories will be told on both NBC Local 33 and FOX 44.
The nomination period will run from now until December 17th.
Local 33 News and Fox 44 News will feature the top local nominees during our newscasts in March 2023 and on BRProud.com.
