BATON ROUGE, LA (LOCAL33) (FOX44) –  Gingerbread is a sweet, loving “teenage” girl looking for her furever home at Cat Haven in Baton Rouge. She’s around 6-7 months old and she’s already spayed, which means she will be ready to go home immediately.

Gingerbread is an orange tabby and she’s very sweet and cuddly. She has been at Cat Haven for several months now. We don’t know why because she is beautiful and very sweet — she’s just a bit shy. She has been around other cats and dogs, but she has not been around children just yet. You can always stop by and bring your children to meet her, to see how she does with them.

If you would like to know more about Gingerbread or you’d like to visit her in person, you can stop by Cat Haven located at 11130 N Harrells Ferry Rd.

If you want to help out, but cannot adopt, there are several ways you can help. You can foster a cat, or you can even symbolically adopt a cat or kitten. You can reach out to Cat Haven directly or click here.

Cat Haven’s “Krewe of Mew” Photo Contest will continue through Fat Tuesday, so there is a week left to submit your cat’s photo for a good cause!
