BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Happy Furry Friends Friday everybody! Our favorite time of the week. Daffodil is a nearly one-year-old Doberman mix from the Capital Area Animal Welfare Society (CAAWS) here in Baton Rouge.

He’s the sweetest dog, so cute and ready for his next “furever” family! Caroline, a volunteer from CAAWS, said Daffodil will do wonderful in any home. He loves to play, other dogs and people.

His adoption fee is $125. If you cannot adopt Daffodil or any other animal at this time, you can still help CAAWS by volunteering or by fostering a dog or cat.

Caroline also talked about their exciting and upcoming “Krewe of Mutts” parade on Jan. 28. For more information about adopting Daffodil or another dog or cat, contact CAAWS.
