I joined the Local 33 and Fox 44 news teams in May of 2013. I’m an LSU Tiger. In 2012, I graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Mass Communication, with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism, and a minor in Film and Media Arts. I interned at WAFB in the Spring of 2012.

I was born in North Carolina because my dad is a retired Master Sergeant of the U.S. Marine Corps, but I’ve lived most of my life in Louisiana. I’m definitely proud to call the Pelican State my home.

I’ve covered stories including former Governor Edwin Edwards’ last run for political office and the 2013 William Olefins plant explosion. I have a passion for telling stories that matter to and impact the people of our community.

Fun fact, I am a 2012 All-American Collegiate Powerlifter. In my free time, I like to work out, listen to music, travel and spend time with family, friends and dog, Joshy.
