GONZALES, La. (BRPROUD) — A restaurant is coming to Ascension Parish next year. Smalls Sliders is opening a location at 2107 Louisiana 30 W. in early 2024, according to the restaurant.
Before the opening, a “Can Drop” is going to take place at this location. Smalls Sliders said that is when a “modular unit is dropped on-site.” If you would like to see what a “Can Drop” looks like, click here. According to Smalls Sliders, it “is slated to happen in the coming weeks, with construction and buildout following soon after.”
So, what will you be able to get at Smalls Sliders? The restaurant offers cheeseburger sliders, waffle fries, milkshakes and “smauce.” You can view the menu here.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place during the grand opening of the Gonzales location.
