The Mladenka brothers have been serving the Greater Baton Rouge area for the past two decades at Cou-Yon’s and teamed up again to bring another restaurant to the 225 area. At Cork’s Cajun Fried Fish & Shrimp, they serve high quality and delicious Cajun food items with their recipes that were born in the fried seafood capitol of the world. The brothers believe that food is meant to bring people together, create community, and invite conversation.
