BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) has announced holiday closures for COVID-19 testing sites across the state.

All Louisiana Army National Guard (LANG) sites and parish health units will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, according to LDH. Anyone in need of a testing site can call 211.

LDH continues to encourage residents to get vaccinated or receive their booster and take precautions when gathering with groups of people.
