LDH extends community testing in Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – Over 29,000 new COVID-19 cases were reported over the weekend in Louisiana.

Testing for COVID-19 continues throughout the state including Baton Rouge.

With that in mind, “Community COVID 19 Testing in Baton Rouge has been extended through January 30,” according to Orion Laboratories.

Community testing for COVID-19 is free and available at The Louisiana Leadership Institute.

The testing will be available Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. including Martin Luther King Day.

The Louisiana Army National Guard is assisting with the community testing.
