Livingston Parish Schools cancel grab-and-go meals amid stay-at-home order

Louisiana’s response to the Coronavirus continues to effect grab-and-go meals for area students in response to Louisiana Governor John Bel Edward’s stay at home order issued Sunday.
To offset the suspension of meals in Livingston Parish, volunteers with the Mighty Moms Organization are placing food barrels out throughout the parish. Anyone is welcome to take or drop off food. Meanwhile, the East Baton Rouge Parish School District is continuing it’s feeding
program for now and providing some much needed help to local families.
