The Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) today announced a three month intergovernmental agreement allowing for the use of nearly 44,000 sqft. of airport owned building space to be used for receiving and storing personal protection equipment (PPE). The supplies will be stored and distributed to combat the current spread of COVID-19.
The Mayor’s Office and the Baton Rouge Health District will handle operation of the donation site.
