TOKYO, Japan (BRPROUD) – The United States wins against Turkey, 3-2, in a nail-biting game.

The United States stayed sharp throughout the game as Turkey attempted to catch up to the U.S.’s lead. Jordan Thompson continued to give her best, proving to be a star player as the Olympics forges on.

Five sets were played, with the United States winning three out of two.

  • Set 1: 25-19
  • Set 2: 25-20
  • Set 3: 17-25
  • Set 4: 20-25
  • Set 5: 15-12
