STEAK serves 4:

For the vinaigrette:
Heaping ½ cup Jay D’s Louisiana Molasses Mustard
3 tsp salt
1 Tbs Shurfine white wine vinegar
3 Tbs Shurfine white balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs Jay D’s Blanc du Bois
⅓ cup Shurfine extra virgin olive oil

For the steak:
4 NY strips
Marinade in vinaigrette 1 hour then grill
