UPDATE: Missing 16-year-old girl in Baker found and returned home

BAKER, La. (BRPRoud) – Missing 16-year-old Amber Sibley has been found and returned home safely, according to the Baker Police Department.


BAKER, La. (BRPRoud) – 16-year-old Amber Sibley has been missing since the beginning of this week.

The last time anyone saw Sibley around around 12:30 a.m. on Monday, May 11.

At that time, “Sibley was seen at her residence located in the area of Twin Oaks Dr. in Baker La.,” according to the Baker City Police Department.

Sibley is described in this way:

  • White Female
  • 5’2 and 110 lbs
  • Black Eyes

Authorities do not know how Sibley is traveling at this point and the 16-year-old is now in the NCIC.

The investigation into the disappearance of Sibley remains ongoing.
