LDH confirms second storm-related death

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The Louisiana Department of Health has confirmed a second storm-related death.

The victim is an unidentified male who drowned after attempting to drive through high water near I-10 and West End Blvd in New Orleans, according to LDH.

The first storm-related death was confirmed by LDH after a 60-year-old man in Ascension Parish had a tree fall into his home.
