BATON ROUGE, La. (WVLA/WGMB) — The City of Baker’s youth will perform at the celebration on Jan. 20.
The event begins at 10 a.m. at the Baker Municipal Center, 3325 Groom Road.
The theme is “Fulfillment of the Dream.”
