BATON ROUGE, La. (BRProud) — National CPR Awareness Week is recognized the first week of June. With the ongoing health crisis, more people are staying at home and representatives from the American Heart Association believe it is now more important than ever for everyone to be skilled in at-home CPR.
Siobhan Sellers is a registered respiratory therapist and health clinical educator at Our Lady of the Lake hospital. Sellers spoke live with the FOX 44 First Edition morning viewers about the need to know hands-only CPR, as well as provide tips on learning the skill at home.
