Love and football: Bonefish Grille wants to help elevate your dishes this season

Love and football are in the air. Over the next three weeks, restaurants owners suggest calling ahead if you want to dine out at your favorite restaurant. Businesses are prepping for busy days between Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day.

As an alternative to dining out, Chef Mark Harstell of Bonefish Grill shares how to make some of the restaurant’s best-selling dishes from the comfort of your own home. He also understands that some people may still be working toward their New Year’s resolutions and suggests a dish that is in line with healthier resolutions.

Harstell visited the FOX 44 morning show to share tips with viewers when it comes to picking the best fish, and then turned up the grill (er, torch) to present the avocado lime striped bass. He says it’s the perfect dish to either wow your guests on gameday or wow your honey on Feb. 14.

To add to the dish, Hartsell suggested pairing it with the Parkers Margarita, a top-shelf classic named after one of Bonefish Grille’s managing partners.
