The wine bar and restaurant in downtown is the second home of chef Mike Brewer, who says flatbreads are the way to go on gameday because they’re easy to make and feed a lot of people. They are also relatively inexpensive to make.
Brewer suggests his favorite, fig and goat cheese flatbread, to help elevate your Super Bowl party. The recipe includes fig preserves, goat cheese, micro arugula and balsamic glaze.
