(BRPROUD) — One million hot glue guns were recalled after reports of fire and burn hazards, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

CPSC says the recall involves Crafter’s Square Glue Guns after Dollar Tree received seven reports of electrical malfunctions. Four of those reports were about fires and one report was of skin irritation.

Recalled glue guns are described by CPSC as having a silver UL listed label located above the handle with “GLUE GUN” and “XY-15302” printed on the label.

These glue guns were sold for about $1 at Dollar Tree stores from August 2020 through February 2022 and at Family Dollar Stores from January 2022 through February 2022. The product was also sold online at dollartree.com from August 2021 through February 2022.

CPSC urges consumers to immediately stop using the glue gun and return it to any Dollar Tree or Family Dollar store for a refund.
