BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The East Baton Rouge Parish School System is confirming that 22 of its employees are quarantining after receiving positive COVID-19 tests.

Employees have been back at school since August 3.

EBRPSS says, “when an employee tests positive, they must quarantine for 14 days before returning to work unless they have medical clearance to return sooner.”

Students in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System are still learning outside of the classroom through Labor Day.
