NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Dozens of firefighters and a fire boat battled a large wharf fire in New Orleans. Fire officials say a large part of the wharf was engulfed in flames Tuesday night, and it took 55 fire personnel to get the blaze under control nearly two hours later.

The New Orleans Fire Department says the blaze was partially obstructed by marshland and trees. A Port of New Orleans fire boat battled the blaze from the Mississippi River side of the wharf, but barges docked in front of the burning wharf hampered its ability to attack the flames with water.

No injuries were reported.

The cause was under investigation
