Actor Jan-Michael Vincent, who is best known for his role as Strinfellow Hawke on the television series “Airwolf” has reportedly died at the age of 74.
TMZ reported Friday that Vincent passed away at a North Carolina hospital on Feb. 10 after suffering severe cardiac arrest.
Vincent rose to fame as a heartthrob pilot on the hit television show “Airwolf”.
He also starred alongside Kim Basinger in the 1981 film “Hard Country,” and Burt Reynolds in the 1978 film “Hopper.”
Vincent was nominated for two Golden Globes for supporting actor for the 1984 miniseries The Winds of War and the 1971 film Going Home.
He is survived by his third wife, Patricia Ann Christ.
