PHOENIX A shock-bracelet designed to stop your bad habits is available on Amazon, and it might just help you slow down how fast you eat your fries.

The wearable device looks like any regular workout watch, except it has the ability to deliver a 350-volt shock in order to curb your bad eating habits, smoking addiction or nail-biting tendency.

It’s easy to use! Just download the app to change the shock intensity, track sleep, take habit courses and set alarms.

Pavlok 2 may not work overnight, but the beep, vibration or zap feedback feature will help stop your habits over time, and fast!

According to Amazon, the trendy bracelet is used by over 75,000 people to help them quit their unwanted habits that are tough to break.
