BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The Baton Rouge Police Department initiated a traffic stop on Tuesday, November 8.

  • Black scale
  • Two cell phones
  • Cash

Washington was arrested and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on Tuesday, November 8.
