Baton Rouge man facing multiple charges relating to altercation with dating partner

Jeuane Sessions, 40 is behind bars after a domestic violence incident led to his arrest.

APSO initiated an investigation around 9 p.m. on Monday, April 6.

That investigation started and ended on Talonwood Dr. in Gonzales.

APSO says,, deputies “learned that 40-year-old Jeuane Sessions and his dating partner were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical and both the victim and a juvenile were struck during the physical altercation.”

According to the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, Sessions produced a gun and shot two times into a home.

Multiple people were in the home at the time including the victim and her kids.

After firing two shots into the home, Sessions left before deputies arrived at the scene.

Sessions was later found in Tangipahoa Parish.

The 40-year-old man was arrested and faces these charges:

  • Four counts of attempted second-degree murder
  • Two counts of domestic abuse battery

Sessions is currently in the Ascension Parish Jail.
