BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Baton Rouge Press Club plans to host an in-person forum moderated by Jim Engster for the two mayor-president candidates in the run off election — Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome and former state Rep. Steve Carter.
The hour-long forum will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 30 outdoors at the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens at Burden, located at 4560 Essen Lane South.
There will be free parking at the Burden Conference Center near the outdoor pavilion, where the forum will take place.
Masks will be required and there will be social distancing, according to the Press Club.
