Black Restaurant Week underway in Baton Rouge July 6-12


Black Restaurant Week is happening across the Baton Rouge Metro area Monday, July 6 through Sunday, July 12, encouraging people to support and patronize the Capital city’s Black-owned establishments.

Local artist and community advocate Walter ‘Geno’ McLaughlin is a co-founder of Baton Rouge’s Black Restaurant Week which launched in 2018. McLaughlin joined Gerron Jordan, Tuesday, on Fox44 First Edition to discuss details about Black Restaurant Week.
