BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – A deputy with the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office was called to investigate a reported home invasion around 5 a.m. on Tuesday, June 28.
The deputy arrived at a home on Kleinpeter Rd. and questioned the victim in this case.
The victim claims that Charles Feduccia, 58, of, Baton Rouge “kicked in her door, at which time he began striking her with a closed fist while inside the residence,” according to the affidavit.
The 58-year-old allegedly tore up the home as well to the tune of $2,500.
The affidavit states that the victim and Feduccia do not know each other.
EBRSO says the Baton Rouge man appeared to be incoherent at the time of the arrest.
Feduccia was transported to a local hospital prior to being booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
The Baton Rouge man was charged with Home Invasion.
