BRAC CEO to speak about 2021 priorities at Monday’s Press Club meeting

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Baton Rouge Area Chamber CEO Adam Knapp is scheduled to speak at Monday’s Press Club meeting about BRAC’s 2021 priorities.

The Press Club of Baton Rouge will hold a virtual meeting via Zoom at noon.

LOS ANGELES (KTLA) - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials continued to crack down on coronavirus “super-spreader” events and underground parties over the weekend as COVID-19 cases soar, the agency announced Sunday.

Man lived inside Chicago airport for 3 months before detection, prosecutors say

CHICAGO (WGN) — A man who was living inside O'Hare International Airport managed to escape detection for three months, according to prosecutors.

Aditya Singh, 36, is charged with felony criminal trespass to a restricted area of an airport and misdemeanor theft. Police said Singh claimed he was too afraid to fly home to California because of COVID-19.

Louisiana man charged with impaired boating, vehicular homicide following weekend crash that killed two 15-year-old boys

(KLFY) Agents with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries are investigating a double boating fatality that happened Saturday night in Caldwell Parish.

The bodies of two 15-year-old boys were recovered from Lafourche Lake around midnight, LDWF said.
