Brew at the Zoo is back! Tickets available soon for October event


BREC’s Baton Rouge Zoo

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – So who wants to enjoy some live music, beer and the animals at the Baton Rouge Zoo?

The seventh installment of Brew at the Zoo is taking place on October 1 from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m.

This event has a lot to offer including:

  • Live music
  • Over 200 craft beers from local, regional and national breweries
  • Food samplings from local restaurants and caterers
  • “A slight stroll around the Zoo”

“For the past six years, this event has sold out,” said Phil Frost, Zoo Director. “BREW at the Zoo has become a flagship event not only at the Zoo, but in Baton Rouge as a whole. We certainly encourage everyone interested in coming, to snag their tickets early, as they go fast.”

Tickets will be available beginning on August 1.

The BR Zoo provided a breakdown of the ticket tiers:

  • VIP tickets are $100 – only 200 are available.
  • General admission tickets are $50
  • Designated Driver tickets are $20

If you are 21 and older and would like to attend, tickets are available at Brew at the Zoo.
