Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Deputies arrested two men they say shot a man in Independence.
Detectives said 44-year-old Stacey Howard was shot on Lewis Lane on Monday.
Investigators said Howard identified two men responsible for shooting him.
Dectives said on Wednesday, after being positively identified, 18-year-old Altavian Baldwin and his brother, 20-year-old Alton Baldwin III, both of Independence, were taken into custody and charged with Attempted Second Degree Murder of Stacey Howard.
