BRPD identify victims in deadly overnight shooting on Ave. E


BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The Baton Rouge Police Department responded to a reported shooting early Monday morning.

Police arrived at approximately 1:50 a.m. and discovered the bodies of two dead men in the 10100 block of Avenue E.

The two men are identified as 40-year-old Burnell Williams, of 4042 Crown Ave. and 26-year-old Jeremy Sincere, of 10008 Avenue L.

BRPD says the two men “were located in a vehicle suffering from apparent gunshot injuries.”

Williams and Sincere were both pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation remains open at this time.
