BRPD investigating fatal Christmas Eve hit and run

Baton Rouge, LA. (NBC 33/Fox 44) Baton Rouge Police Detectives are investigating a fatal hit and run that happened just before midnight Christmas Eve in the 2100 block of Scenic Highway.

According to detectives, 53 year old Viola Jarvis appears to have been lying in the roadway when she was hit by a white vehicle travelling northbound.
