BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The 35th Annual Jambalaya Jam, which benefits the Capital Area United Way, will be held at North Blvd. Town Square and Lafayette Street in downtown Baton Rouge on Thursday, October 13th from 5 – 8 p.m.

There will be live music by the party band, After 8, and guests can sample jambalaya from dozens of competing teams. Awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall winners, People’s Choice, and Best Appetizer.
