CENTRAL, La. (BRPROUD) – The Central Fire Department is asking for help from the public.

CPD is looking for someone in connection with three fires on Sullivan Rd.

Do you recognize the person in these photos?

The three fires all occurred in front of businesses located between the 8800-9100 block of Sullivan Rd.

On Friday night, “shortly after 10:30 p.m. an alert 12-year-old in the back seat noticed a fire in front of Sullivan’s hardware.”

The parents in the vehicle made the heroic decision to go put the fire out and call 911.

CPD says, “a flammable liquid was poured on the ground and ignited at the hardware store.”

An American flag was burned at the site of the second fire which was outside of a dentist office.

The last fire “was extinguished outside of a Hair Salon in the strip mall with the hardware store,” according to the Central Fire Department.

If you have any information about these fires, please call Baton Rouge Fire Arson at 225-354-1419 or Crime Stoppers 225-344-7867 to remain anonymous.
