Crawfete 2020 to kick off Crawfish Season


The Baton Rouge Epicurean Society will host its annual kickoff to crawfish season with Crawfete 2020.

The tasting competition will showcase dozens of Baton Rouge restaurants with gourmet crawfish dishes, along with traditional boiled crawfish.

BRES’s Stephen Hightower (City Pork and Rouj Creole), the head of the Crawfete committee, and BRES Board President Jim Urdiales (Mestizo’s) joined FOX 44’s Kelly Anne Beile for a preview.

Crawfete is set for Sunday, March 8th from 2:00-5:00pm at Perkins Rowe.
