Disaster Recovery Center at Roller Kingdom to close permanently Dec. 18

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The Disaster Recovery Center in Hammond is set to close its doors permanently on Saturday, Dec. 18 at 6 p.m.

Residents of all parishes affected by Hurricane Ida can continue to visit other recovery centers in Louisiana. To locate a center, check the FEMA app or visit www.FEMA.gov/DRC

All centers must follow COVID-19 precautions, according to the news release. Masks are also required for employees, volunteers and survivors.
