The grand opening of Drago’s Seafood Restaurant in Baton Rouge will be Monday from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for invited guests only, but the restaurant will be open to the public after 5:30 p.m.
“Our family has waited on this day a very long time,” Drago’s owner Tommy Cvitanovich said. “Over the years, we have been fortunate that people from the Baton Rouge area have supported our New Orleans locations. It was very important to us that we get this right.”
The restaurant’s new location will create about 150 new jobs and have an annual investment of more than $7 million, according to Drago’s media contact, Ron St. Pierre.
The restaurant is hiring its management team. To view job openings or to submit an online application, visit https://www.dragosrestaurant.com/jobs/.
