Drive-thru COVID-19 testing available to all members of EBRPSS on Friday

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – If you are a teacher, student or family member of someone in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System, COVID-19 testing is going to be available on Friday afternoon.

A drive-thru COVID-19 testing event is taking place “from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the parking lot of the Instructional Resource Center Building.”

The Instructional Resource Center Building is located at 1022 S. Foster Dr.

Details about the drive-thru testing event can be found below:

  • No out-of-pocket cost to those wishing to be tested
  • Pre-registration and a form of insurance is required (included but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, or any private health insurer or plan).
  • Pre-registration required through the following link: https://www.k12testing.com/ebrpss.
  • Cost of testing will be paid by each participant’s health plan or government
