BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – Three days after an alleged sexual assault took place, a suspect named Tyra Dyson turned herself into the Baton Rouge Police Department.

Dyson admitted to engaging in oral sex and sexual intercourse in the presence of two juveniles under the age of 13.

The affidavit states that Marcus Turner, 28, was present when the alleged sexual assaults took place.

Turner was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison and charged with First Degree Rape/Oral and Molestation Of A Juvenile.

Dyson is facing one count of Molestation Of A Juvenile and is currently being held on $400,000 bond.

Louisiana Department of Children & Family Services was contacted “and assumed their prospective role in the investigation,” according to the affidavit.
