The East Baton Rouge Library is gearing up for 2 big events this month at the main branch on Goodwood.
Calling all Game of Thrones fans. EBRL is hosting ‘Game of Thrones Extravaganza’ Saturday, April 6 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Guest can enjoy trivia, jousting, combat demonstrations, games, prizes and more. Costumes are welcome!
This event is free and open to the public.
Later this month on April 27, EBRL will host the Mid City Micro-Con from 10:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
This event is also free and open to the public.
The theme of the Micro-Con is ‘Building Worlds, Breaking Molds’.
Guests can come celebrate diversity in comic book characters and creators.
Fans can participate in panel discussions, arts & comics market, cosplay, workshopsand film screenings, plus prizes and special guests.
